Please pack several changes of sun-safe clothing, a broad-brimmed hat, a labelled water bottle or cup, any comforters your child may need, and linen.

Fees, Payments & Discounts

We accept direct debit and scheduled BPAY.

Log in to your MyGov account and use the CCS estimator to check your gap fee.

Yes, fees still apply on public holidays.

Yes, families are eligible for 10% off the daily session rate once per calendar year, provided the account is up to date.

Once you exceed 42 absences, any additional days off must be supported by documentation (e.g., medical certificate) to continue receiving CCS, as per government guidelines.

Bookings & Sessions

Yes, we offer variable session times to suit your needs.

Yes, if availability allows.

Changes within the same week can be requested, subject to availability. Permanent changes require an email request and two weeks’ notice. Accounts must be up to date for changes or additional bookings.

Starting Care

Yes! We offer centre tours and a minimum of three orientation sessions to help your child feel comfortable and settled.

Yes, external support services are welcome. Just confirm the visit date with us in advance.
